CUSTOM ORDERS: Minimum size 12 inches in height by 12 inches in length. Maximum size 20 inches in height by 16 inches in length.

If you like a design proof for your order before we make it, please leave a note in the personalization comment section requesting a ‘design proof’. We will provide a design proof within 1-2 business days. Please note that design proofs will only be provided if requested. One free design proof is provided upon request for any order to confirm your personalized text or image.

If your order is damaged during shipping/delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace the damaged item free of cost.
